When you come to a fork in the road, take it

Go make some coffee... come back & enjoy being an arm chair traveller.

THAILAND / VIETNAM

Thailand - Although this trip was pre-2004 (!) I finally found the time to scan in all the pics....one by one... and post them. How did I ever get on without a digi?

Anyway, that's me with this cool monk I met in Thailand. Interesting side note: when we exchanged our addresses, he told me he was not permitted to accept a pen handed to him by a woman so I had to leave it on the ground next to him so he could pick it up. Obviously if he couldn't accept a pen, we couldn't touch in any way - so no American-style mickey mouse ear signs or pub hugs- just me trying to stay a respectable distance from the guy.

Georgia -
All directions start with, "Go down Peachtree..." and include the phrase, "When you see the Waffle House..."

I have taken it upon myself to spare you all from pics of me eating southern comfort food. Damn I love the South.6

Mexico -
no pics really but got a really wicked passenger-side sunburn! 7
